Privacy Policy

What we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated: 31 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TMA Global Private Limited ("TMA Global", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website, tmaglobal.in, and through enquiries made to us by email or messaging.

1. Who we are

TMA Global Private Limited is a private limited company registered in India, with its registered office at B-42, C-58/2, Sector-62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. For any question about this policy or about how your information is handled, contact us at madhukarsingh@tmaglobal.in.

2. What information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us. When you submit an enquiry through the contact form, or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive:

  • Contact details — your name, email address, and (if you provide them) telephone or WhatsApp number, company name and country.
  • Enquiry content — the enquiry type you select and whatever you write in your message, including any commercial details you choose to share.
  • Correspondence — subsequent messages exchanged with us about your enquiry.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, financial account details, identification document numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the website contact form.

3. Technical information

This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or profiling tools of our own. Certain third-party components embedded in the site may collect technical information as a consequence of loading:

  • Google Maps — the map on our Contact page is embedded from Google. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies in accordance with Google's own privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's font service, which may receive your IP address.
  • Form processing — enquiries submitted through the contact form are transmitted through a third-party form-handling service, which processes the submission and delivers it to us by email.
  • Web hosting — our hosting provider maintains standard server logs, which typically include IP addresses and request timestamps, for security and operational purposes.

These third parties process information under their own privacy policies. We do not combine this technical information with your enquiry to build a profile of you.

4. Why we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • respond to your enquiry and continue the resulting conversation;
  • assess and, where appropriate, quote or contract on a trade or sourcing requirement;
  • meet our legal, tax, customs and record-keeping obligations where a transaction results;
  • protect against fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use of our website and communication channels.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing communications to people who have not asked for them.

5. Confidentiality of sourcing enquiries

Confidential sourcing enquiries are treated as commercially confidential from the first message. We do not disclose your identity, your organisation or the substance of your requirement to any counterparty without your authorisation. Where you request it, we will enter into a non-disclosure agreement before detailed requirements are discussed. This commitment sits alongside — and does not replace — the data protection commitments in the rest of this policy.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only where necessary:

  • Service providers — our email provider, form-handling service and web host, strictly to the extent needed to operate the website and our correspondence.
  • Transaction counterparties — where you enter into a transaction with us, the details required to execute and document that transaction may be shared with shipping agents, inspection agencies, banks and customs authorities. For confidential sourcing engagements, this happens only with your authorisation.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities — where we are required to disclose information by applicable law, court order, or regulatory obligation.

7. International transfers

We are based in India and trade internationally. Where a transaction requires it, information may be transferred to counterparties, agents or authorities outside India, including in countries whose data protection laws differ from those of your own country. We share only what the transaction requires.

8. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not result in a transaction are retained only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, and are then deleted. Where a transaction results, records are retained for the period required by applicable Indian company, tax, customs and foreign trade record-keeping law.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including restricting access to those who need it to do their work. This website is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — please do not send highly sensitive information through the contact form.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

  • confirm what personal information we hold about you, and provide a copy;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete information we no longer have a lawful basis or business need to keep;
  • stop using your information for a particular purpose;
  • withdraw a consent you previously gave.

To exercise any of these, email madhukarsingh@tmaglobal.in. We will respond within a reasonable period. Some information may need to be retained where law requires it — if so, we will tell you which and why.

11. Children

This website is directed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Where a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will take reasonable steps to inform you.
