These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at tmaglobal.in (the "Site"), operated by TMA Global Private Limited ("TMA Global", "we", "us"), a private limited company registered in India with its registered office at B-42, C-58/2, Sector-62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of this website

The Site provides general information about TMA Global's business — the import and supply of metals and metal scrap, and confidential sourcing services — and a means of contacting us. It is intended for business users.

2. No offer, quotation or contract

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, quotation, or binding commitment to buy, sell, supply or source any material, nor an invitation capable of acceptance. Product and grade information is published to describe the scope of our trading activity, not to constitute a contractual specification.

A binding agreement between you and TMA Global arises only when specific commercial terms — including material, grade, quantity, price, delivery terms and payment terms — are agreed in writing between the parties. Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not create any contract or obligation on either side.

3. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only and without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Grade descriptions, ISRI code names and alloy designations published on the Site are summaries provided for orientation. They are not a substitute for the authoritative standards. The ISRI (now ReMA) Scrap Specifications Circular governs scrap grading, and the relevant national or international standard governs each alloy designation. In any contract or grading dispute, those source standards prevail over anything published here.

Availability of any grade or material varies by origin market, season and prevailing conditions, and is confirmed only at the point of enquiry.

4. Intellectual property

The content of the Site — including text, layout, design, graphics, images and the TMA Global name and logo — is owned by or licensed to TMA Global and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own internal business use in evaluating TMA Global as a counterparty. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent. Third-party names, standards and code designations referred to on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable trade, sanctions or export control law;
• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through the contact form;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system;
• use automated means to scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details from the Site;
• impersonate TMA Global, or use our name, logo or registration details to represent yourself as connected with us.

We take impersonation seriously. If you encounter a party claiming to represent TMA Global and wish to verify it, contact us directly using the details on our Contact page.

6. Enquiries you submit

Information you submit through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for ensuring you are authorised to share it. Please do not send confidential information belonging to a third party through the contact form.

Sourcing enquiries are treated as commercially confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy and, where agreed, under a separate non-disclosure agreement.

7. Third-party links and embedded content

The Site links to and embeds content from third parties, including a Google Maps embed on the Contact page and web fonts served by Google. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their use is governed by their own terms.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or amend the Site, or any part of it, without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TMA Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts or anticipated savings, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on any information published on it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. This clause does not affect the liability of either party under any separately concluded trade or sourcing contract, which is governed by that contract's own terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have jurisdiction, save that we reserve the right to bring proceedings in any other competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect our rights.

Trade and sourcing contracts concluded with TMA Global may specify their own governing law, jurisdiction or arbitration provisions, which take precedence over this clause in respect of those contracts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you access the Site is the version that applies. Please check this page periodically.
